With a new sofa and loveseat, walk-in shower in the primary bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and covered ocean view balcony, you will feel right at home in this coastal retreat.

Located at the end of 58th Street in the East Beach area of Oak Island, the Southern Shore Villas condominiums find themselves conveniently situated near local shopping and dining options. Each unit is individually owned and decorated, offers ocean views and come well equipped with amenities sure to add that extra level of comfort to your stay. The community offers ample parking, a pool, outside showers, and a private walkway to the beach with a gazebo and sun deck. While grilling is prohibited on balconies, the property does offer a large, open yard with available grills and plenty of space in the event you brought your own.

**Please note that parking at the Southern Shore Villas is assigned by unit number. While guests may park golf carts in the assigned spaces, there is no electrical outlet in the parking area available to renters. Please note that all vehicles in violation of the parking regulations are subject to being towed at guest's expense. Please call the office to confirm if a particular parking situation is allowed prior to your arrival.**

Excellent condo - beds very comfortable. Great view of ocean. Staff at Margaret Rudd is excellent from the time you rent and if you have to ask questions. Very responsive!
