The bathrooms are newly remodeled in 2023 , with a fully tiled walk in shower in the master and a fully tiled tub-shower combo in the guest bathroom. The owners of Southern Shore Villa 104 have provided a high-top table and chairs on the back deck to make the view overlooking the pool and out to the ocean even more enjoyable! All of the rooms have mounted Smart TV's with streaming devices for streaming services and the Spectrum cable app. There is also an office workspace in the primary bedroom perfect for working from home!

Located at the end of 58th Street in the East Beach area of Oak Island, the Southern Shore Villas condominiums find themselves conveniently situated near local shopping and dining options. Each individually owned and decorated unit offers ocean views and comes well-equipped with amenities sure to add that extra level of comfort to your stay. The community offers ample parking, a pool, outside showers, and a private walkway to the beach with a gazebo and sun deck. While grilling is prohibited on balconies, the property does offer a large, open yard with available grills and plenty of space in the event you brought your own.

**Please note that parking at the Southern Shore Villas is assigned by unit number. While guests may park golf carts in the assigned spaces, there is no electrical outlet in the parking area available to renters. Please note that all vehicles in violation of the parking regulations are subject to being towed at the guest's expense. Please call the office to confirm if a particular parking situation is allowed prior to your arrival.**

Our beach house on West Beach had a water leak in bathroom and the flooring and ceramic tile had to be replaced. We were looking for a place to stay during our daughter’s spring break and found Southern Shore Villas. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable and it was nice to be so close to shops and restaurants!
