Not impressed, pictures are miss leading. Extremely out dated, dirty furniture and hideous shower. WiFi doesn’t work and TV in the bedroom doesn’t work.

Ms. Wofford: We do apologize for the inconveniences experienced during your time in A Southern Exposure Down. The property just recently transferred ownership and the new owner is appreciated of any and all feedback offered. We did show that our in-house IT tech was able to get you reconnected during your stay; however, there was nothing we could do in-house to strengthen the signal from the ground floor unit of the building. We will certainly pass along the information on the furniture and the shower so that the new owners may address during the off season. Should you wish to share anything further with us, please do not hesitate. We hope to welcome you back to Oak Island again and are here to assist you in that vacation planning if necessary.
