The Oak Island Beach Villas is an oceanfront condominium complex located along historic Caswell Beach that offers eleven oceanfront buildings as well as five buildings with an ocean view. Two- and three-bedroom, individually decorated units are available to accommodate the size of your family. The community boasts many amenities such as a centrally located pool in front of the 600-building, walkways to the beach through the community, outside showers at each building, ample parking, a recreation area, and designated grilling areas. For the golf lovers in your family, the Villas are conveniently located just across the street from the Oak Island Golf Course and Country Club.

**Please note that the Oak Island Beach Villas is a non-smoking, non-vaping condominium community. Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted on any of the common grounds, inside individual units or on private exterior balcony areas. In addition, the community does NOT allow golf cart, boat, water motor craft, trailer or RV parking. Violations will be towed at guest expense. Please call our office to confirm if a particular parking situation is allowed prior to your arrival.**

We have stayed in the same condo for the past several years. It is always lovely. MRA does a fantastic job of communicating before, during and after our week there. They have always been extremely responsive whenever we have had any issues.

We have stayed in this condo for the past 3 years even when we didn’t need the third bedroom. You can tell that this is the owners’ “home” and not just a rental. The decor, personal touches and fully equipped kitchen make it like being in your own home. They even have a Keurig so we don’t have to bring ours. We will continue to rent this condo for many years to come.
