The Oak Island Beach Villas are an oceanfront condominium complex located on historic Caswell Beach, offering eleven oceanfront buildings and five buildings with an ocean view. Two and three bedroom, individually decorated units are available to accommodate the size of your family. The community offers many amenities such as a centrally located pool right in front of the 600 building, walkways down to the beach throughout the community, outside showers at each building, ample parking, a recreation area and designated grilling areas. For the golf lover, Oak Island Beach Villas are located just across the road from the Oak Island Golf Course.

**Please note that the Oak Island Beach Villas is a non-smoking, non-vaping condominium community. Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted on any of the common grounds, inside individual units or on private exterior balcony areas. In addition, the community does NOT allow golf cart, boat, water motor craft, trailer or RV parking. Violations will be towed at guest expense. Please call our office to confirm if a particular parking situation is allowed prior to your arrival.**

The place was right up against the dune with clear views of the beach, especially the sunset. Loved the comfortable deck chairs as we savored the surf and the sun, with birdsong and breezes. The unit was a mixture of beautiful art and a fair amount of wear and tear. The Rudd team addressed the few urgent items with their usual grace and care.

We loved Oak Island & Caswell Beach! The Oak Island Beach Villas were overall nice. I gave a 4 star rating because the walls could use some cleaning & new paint. They were very scuffed in several areas & didn’t appear to have been cleaned properly. The entrance door to the villa could offer a better locking system. Small children could easily open the locked doors from the inside.The rooms are very furnished & roomy! Our view was wonderful and the location is so peaceful. We got access to the pool which was very clean & relaxing.We would stay again!

We will certainly pass along the information regarding the walls to our housekeeping department for them to keep in mind specifically as we are approaching the time of year when we and our owners handle the deep clean of our properties. With regard to the locking system, MRA has made the decision to switch our properties over to keyless entry so hopefully that will not be an issue in the future.
