Comfortable accommodations, including a rare double over double bunkbed, will have even the earliest risers taking a few extra minutes to stay in bed. This recently renovated and well maintained condominium is conveniently located across the street from the Oak Island Golf Club, and just a short drive from the historical Oak Island Lighthouse to one side or all the restaurants and shops of East Beach, Oak Island. For those who want to see the sights off the island, a short 15-minute drive will have you strolling the Live Oak-lined streets of Southport where quaint boutiques, art galleries and delicious waterfront restaurants await.

The Oak Island Beach Villas are an oceanfront condominium complex located on historic Caswell Beach, offering eleven oceanfront buildings and five buildings with an ocean view. Two and three bedroom, individually decorated units are available to accommodate the size of your family. The community offers many amenities such as a centrally located pool right in front of the 600 building, walkways down to the beach throughout the community, outside showers at each building, ample parking, a recreation area and designated grilling areas. For the golf lover, Oak Island Beach Villas are located just across the road from the Oak Island Golf Course and Country Club.

**Please note that the Oak Island Beach Villas is a non-smoking, non-vaping condominium community. Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted on any of the common grounds, inside individual units or on private exterior balcony areas. In addition, the community does NOT allow golf cart, boat, water motor craft, trailer or RV parking. Violations will be towed at guest expense. Please call our office to confirm if a particular parking situation is allowed prior to your arrival.**

Beach Front Property! What a gem! We stayed for a week in late August. The ocean front breeze/wind made the temperatures awesome. Breakfast on the deck overlooking the ocean was the best feature. Very clean accommodations, beds were great. Beach was rather quiet and if you are into turtle watching, this is perfect. Walked to local beach bar and the restaurant at the golf course. We will definitely return (maybe off peak season as well). PS: buying sail/canopy for the beach made it even better, for us sun-sensitive people (Shimbumi, purchased at local shop).

We stayed in unit 0718 for 9+ weeks and we loved our time here.We feel lucky to have found such a clean and quiet place to stay, and would book again without hesitation.The unit is exactly as shown in the photos, which was nice, and being on the top floor provided such an expansive view of the ocean and beach.It was nice to see the variations of the sea conditions each day, and the pelicans and dolphins right from our balcony.The unit had everything we needed to feel like a comfortable home away from home, and all of our communication with the Rudd staff was delightful.Note: there are 47 steps to climb to get to this unit (no elevator), which we didn't mind.
