Traditional beach house that has been well maintained and has all the necessary appliances and conveniences. Great location with easy access to the beach and views from the great front deck. Short walk to the beach or pier.

Margaret Rudd is always a pleasure to deal with! This house is in a wonderful location! Only thing that I could see to improve on is the A/C in the Bedrooms. There is only 1 vent in bedrooms and it gets really hot and stuffy at night. We love our time on Oak Island and cannot wait to return!

J's Caddy Shack was a great place to stay, with a nice view of the beach during the day, and the stars at night on their patio. The walk to the beach was easy, and there was plenty of room in the house for two families to not feel crowded.
