Absolutely perfect vacation home! Great location, decorated beautifully, immaculately kept, and very spacious! Open kitchen/dining/living area was perfect for entertaining our larger group. We will definitely be back!

Stayed at that Blue Heron. ABSOLUTELY the best vacation home we have had at Oak Island that was for all of our family. The view from the Master bedroom is great. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect place for our family of 11 to stay, every detail was thought of. Beach chairs, a close beach access, plenty of room for each of us! The view of the marsh & the hang out area under the house was amazing as well. We highly recommend this house for your next family trip to OKI.

This home is perfect for a fun family vacation! Very spacious, and plenty of room and fun for my two littles to play! The view of the marsh and the back patio are spectacular! The home is very clean and stylish! Very comfortable beds and furniture as well! Close walk to the beach. The host really though of everything a guest could need or want to enjoy their beach vacation! We truly had a blast and will be returning!

This place is perfect! It is a short walk to the beach and sits on the marsh. Coffee on the screened in deck is amazing, Watching the blue heron come and go makes it even more enjoyable. The sunset is good at the beach, but even more breathtaking from the back deck over looking the marsh. Be prepared to see all kinds of wildlife. This house is perfect for families of all ages with lots of quiet sleeping areas. Very clean with beach themed decor. Kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook any meal. If you prefer a day off the beach the secluded hot tub area is so appealing or just take swing on the porch swing to wind down. The Extra fridge is a big plus for beach prep located on the lowest level. One o highlights is the lack of traffic compared to rentals on the main road. The yard, both front and back, has great character with big beautiful palm trees and gorgeous flowers. I will NEVER stay anyplace else!

This house has it all! Neatly arranged and tastefully decorated! The views of the marsh birds & amazing sunsets from the screened porch and deck are stunning! For a rental it was well furnished with anything you could possibly need. I typically can’t sleep well in any other bed but my own but was pleasantly surprised at the comfort! We would definitely rent here again!

This is the 2nd time we have rented this home for our annual girls’ trip and it is top notch! The back porch (screened) and lower deck have the most gorgeous views for sunset…so relaxing. It is a short walk to the beach with an easy-to-pull beach wagon provided. The sleeping configurations are endless in this home and make for a great night’s sleep. You can tell the owner takes pride in this home and we can highly recommend it for your beach trip…families, girls’s trip, boys’ trip, couples, etc!
