Hot water doesn't last

We have been spending 2 weeks at Bald Head Too for six years now and it fits our needs quite well for our extended family. We plan to continue but...The new "tankless hot water system" doesn't perform that well. Besides waiting multiple minutes for the water to get warm (which is OK but not great) it seems to run out of hot water even for a quick "Navy Shower". Don't really understand that; if it is tankless as I think it is. I would think once it gets the water hot it would continue to supply it. Did call maintenance; plumber that came by said it seems to be working as expected when he was here.

While we're glad that you enjoy the property and have returned year after year, we understand that this is problematic - especially with a larger family. We have passed this feedback along to maintenance to keep an eye on for the owner. We appreciate the fact that you reported this during your stay as we could at least get a plumber to take a look. Please let us know if there is anything more we can do to assist in your next family vacation as we hope this does not prevent you from returning.

Beautiful home with all amenities. Loved the ocean breeze while rocking on the front porch. Highly recommended for family vacations.
