Make a right out of Rudd's front office parking lot and bear right onto E Oak Island Drive at the stoplight. Follow E Oak Island Drive down approximately 5 miles where you will then make a left at the Middleton Avenue stoplight, onto S Middleton Avenue. You will come over a small bridge, pass the Beach Pantry on your left. At the stop sign, you will turn right onto W Beach Drive and continue for approximately 2 miles. The property will be on your right.
