With public beach access across the street, heading back and forth to the beach is easy from Thomas Promises. If needed, the home features handicap amenities such as an elevator from the ground floor to main floor as well as grab bars in the main floor bathroom. Please note that there is an additional fee of $125 to use the elevator.
Ground Level: The ground level features covered parking and an enclosed hot/cold outside shower as well as entrance to the elevator. The home is located on a beautiful corner lot.
Main Level: Here, you'll find the main living area including the kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry closet, two bedrooms, and a full bath. There is a porch/deck on the front with ocean views. The bathroom on this level does have grab bars for safety.
Upper Level: The upstairs has an additional loft/sitting area and two bedrooms with a full bathroom and powder room.
