Reviewed on 2021-09-28 by Bridget , Greensboro, NC USAOur family was very happy with the house, It has so many great things going for it: comfortable couches,firm beds, 3 full baths plus including the large en suite in the Master BR, a fully stocked kitchen with everything people could possibly need to cook goumet dinners, a beautiful view of the ocean from the front porch and the balcony above. There are televisions in each bedroom as well as a large TV in the bright and large main living area. There are books, games, a farm-style dining table with room for everyone and a laundry room. It's very close to the beach, and is in a quiet neighborhood. At night on the back porch there is a beautiful view of the night sky for stargazing. The location is great because there are grocery stores, restaurants and shops about 5 minutes away. It's the best of both worlds. By far, Tequila Sunrise is the ultimate beach house with a nice yard in the front and back and a spacious area beneath the living quarters for parking as well as a shower and picnic table for relaxing and enjoying the breeze.It's very easy to feel at home and our family is thinking of coming back to Tequila Sunrise next year! The office staff is very friendly and so helpful as well. We so enjoyed ourselves. Southport is a wonderful town just a few minutes away with antique stores and neat little boutiques all surrounded by large trees and old mansions. It's like a little Charleston but much more neighborly and right on the water. 5 stars! Wish we could've stayed for a second week!

Lots of space in the house. Beds were comfortable. Loved the open floor plan of the living room/kitchen/dining room. 3 full baths was a plus! Looking forward to next year!

Most 3rd row homes look at other homes. The porches are so nice. The home is well appointed and convenient to everything yet it sits on a quiet street. The reservation process was flawless and staff friendly and courteous at check in. I will definitely come back and rent with Margaret Rudd Realty!

I loved that there were bathrooms right next to all of the bedrooms. The view of the ocean is amazing from both of the balcony's on the front of the house. The best part of the house, I thought was the private balcony off of one of the bedrooms. Will definitely look into renting this place again!

There is an ocean view from the upper balcony and it is just a quick few minutes' walk to the beach and the pier. From the front porch/deck you can still enjoy the gentle ocean breezes and the sounds of the waves rolling in on the beach. This house was beautiful and the realty company moved us here after we weren’t satisfied with where we were and it was great! Perfect walking distance to the beach, beautiful kitchen, beds were comfortable and everything was so clean! We would definitely recommend staying here!!
