The new deck with rocking chairs and tall captain chairs make it even more fabulous!I loved the floor plan (2 bedrooms with a bath between them on each side of the open living area.Will hopefully be back next year!

The kitchen was equipped very well with plenty of pans, utensils, silverware, plates, etc. There were a lot of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc to use in the storage room down by the parking area! You could come to the beach and not have to bring anything to take to the beach. They have it!!! Access to the beach was very easy. There is a walkway to the beach straight from the house. There is a great porch with plenty of chairs to sit and watch the ocean! The grocery stores, restaurants , and shops were easy to get to . We have all ready booked the house for next year! Thanks for a wonderful trip!!!!

The place was recently updated, has a beautiful fully stocked kitchen and an amazing layout! It had very comfortable seating and beds, would be suited for a family of 4-6. The best part is they are pet friendly at this location! Would highly recommend.

Southern Sol is a great house! The kitchen is well stocked; the living room is spacious ; the beds are extremely comfortable; and the dining space is perfect for family meals! The covered porch facing the ocean is perfect for watching summer storms and for staying out of sun during peak hours without feeling like you are missing any beach time! We brought our pup with us and he loved walking to the dune and back up to the porch on the walkway. This was the perfect house for us! We have been coming to OKI for many years! We cannot thank Margaret Rudd and the staff enough for consistently providing the best customer service! The staff is always patient, always kind, and always understanding! Thank you!
