Located at the end of 58th Street in the East Beach area of Oak Island, the Southern Shore Villas condominiums find themselves conveniently situated near local shopping and dining options. Each unit is individually owned and decorated, offers ocean views and come well equipped with amenities sure to add that extra level of comfort to your stay. The community offers ample parking, a pool, outside showers, and a private walkway to the beach with a gazebo and sun deck. While grilling is prohibited on balconies, the property does offer a large, open yard with available grills and plenty of space in the event you brought your own.
**Please be advised that the elevator at Southern Shore Villa 3104 will be out of service until mid-to late March due to maintenance and repairs.**
**Please note that parking at the Southern Shore Villas is assigned by unit number. While guests may park golf carts in the assigned spaces, there is no electrical outlet in the parking area available to renters. Please note that all vehicles in violation of the parking regulations are subject to being towed at guest's expense. Please call the office to confirm if a particular parking situation is allowed prior to your arrival.**

Great clean accommodations! Has the view of the beach from family room and master! Cable in all rooms and streaming! Decorated so beachy and it within walking distance of grocery store and places to eat!! Will book again!!! Had a blast!
