Easy access to the beach and pool with vast ocean views both at the front and rear of the condo. We are already booking our next stay in the same condo and are looking forward to the ongoing updates and improvements every time we visit! Thank you for such a great place to stay!

With a spacious, open floor plan in the main living area, an updated and well-equipped kitchen, and ocean views from each bedroom -guests traveling to Oak Island will enjoy all that this property has to offer.
Located at the end of 58th Street in the East Beach area of Oak Island, the Southern Shore Villas condominiums find themselves conveniently situated near local shopping and dining options. Each individually owned and decorated unit offers ocean views and comes well equipped with amenities sure to add that extra level of comfort to your stay. The community offers ample parking, a pool, outside showers, and a private walkway to the beach with a gazebo and sun deck. While grilling is prohibited on balconies, the property does offer a large, open yard with available grills and plenty of space in the event you brought your own.
**Please note that parking at the Southern Shore Villas is assigned by unit number. While guests may park golf carts in the assigned spaces, there is no electrical outlet in the parking area available to renters. Please note that all vehicles in violation of the parking regulations are subject to being towed at guest's expense. Please call the office to confirm if a particular parking situation is allowed prior to your arrival.**
