Make the immediate right out of our parking lot. Take a right onto E Oak Island Drive at the stop light. Continue through the stop light at SE 58th Street and continue on E Oak Island Drive until you reach Middleton Avenue. Take a left at the stop light at Middleton Avenue. At the stop sign, make a right and the numbers will ascend to 5416 W Beach Drive.

You can see the water out of the bedroom window and the side porch, and the marsh and sunset from the kitchen and living area. It has everything you need; a reasonably stocked kitchen, W/D, full bathroom with sunlight, and a super comfy bed with tons of windows. I took a star away because the condo needs a little love. Some new blinds, new flooring in the kitchen, some touch-up paint, and some general spring cleaning would make this place absolutely perfect. We will consider the condo it in the future if these things are taken care of.Side note: Rudd properties has always been stellar in their response times, customer service, and friendliness. They run a top notch company!

The only negative to this place is the bed is way too soft, other than that, we enjoyed it. It was so easy to book, easy to check in and out as well. Would definitely stay again.

This was the best decision I have ever made for a nightly rental at my favorite beach. This is the PERFECT place for two. Fully equipped with EVERYTHING, including a washer and dryer!!! Very clean, oh so comfortable and BEAUTIFUL views from deck. Easy walk to the beach. The perfect place for a party of two!!!
