We loved it so much that we have already booked it for next summer. The ocean-front decks are wonderful, with plenty of furniture for everyone. The kitchen is amazing and has everything you need for preparing meals at home. A second refrigerator on the first level was a pleasant surprise and made the week a lot easier for keeping beverages cold. The only thing we would change would be the addition of curtains or blinds to provide some privacy on the ocean-front bedroom sliding doors. Despite that detail, the house is beautiful and makes a perfect family vacation home.

Be sure to check the cupboards before heading to buy groceries - the owner generously keeps pantry items well stocked! Our party of eight spanned the ages of four to 73 and Sammi’s Place was a perfect fit for us all. The space was large enough that we all had our own spaces, yet the layout was cozy to where we could enjoy making lots of wonderful memories together. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Perfect

We wanted a break from the cold Wisconsin weather and this location was absolutely perfect. The house is directly on the beach and the waves crashing are a blissful sound. The sand was white and soft and there were many seashells. The house itself is nicely and newly renovated, and the master bathroom shower is amazing! The kitchen is spacious and has soft close drawers and doors, and nice stainless steel appliances. The house even has an elevator for bags and groceries. We loved our stay at the house and would love to stay there again in the future.Two things to note, one, there is no blender so if you need one you will need to bring one. Two, there were no extra blankets, so if you are visiting in the colder months you might want to bring extra blankets to cuddle in. All in all, those things are absolutely minimal and will not hamper your wonderful experience at this property!!!

We have stayed here several times. There is plenty of space in the kitchen (my husband likes to cook), and the living area is open and comfortable. The two ocean side porches are the best! With rocking chairs & a couple of Pub tables it has plenty of room to hang out. This year I did add a rubber mat to the upstairs master bath floor.It is beautiful, but too slippery. Thank goodness for the elevator. We both have knees that don't work so well, and we bring a lot of stuff. We are there for 2 weeks!Reservations are made for next year. Again, the house is wonderful, and dealing with Margaret Rudd is the only one we will use!
