Poo's place has an amazing view and a fantastic porch. It has 4 comfortable beds and has pretty good use of space. AC is super cold and the unit has fantastic water pressure and plenty of hot water.The bad. There is a lot of traffic in front of the house since it is close to the main round onto the island. The house is halfway between two public beach access points so you have to be careful crossing the street. The place needs a good deep cleaning. It wasn't dirty but there is some serious buildup in corners and on vents. The kitchen was a mess, it was hard to find stuff because there is a ton of things everywhere. There is no pantry so you have to find cabinet space which is hard because there is stuff everywhere. The tv in the main room is super tiny and has an old collection of VHS tapes. The unit is a little tired but is still a great place at the beach. I would recommend it but keep your expectations in check
