Margaret Rudd makes the entire rental process, from booking to checkout, smooth and efficient. Any employee I have encountered has always been welcoming, friendly, professional and helpful. Caswell Beach is our “go to” destination for vacation, Pipe Dream is our “go to” house and Margaret Rudd is our “go to” vacation specialist.

We have never been disappointment with the houses we have rented nor with the service we received from Margaret Rudd. Margaret Rudd takes pride in presenting rental homes in excellent shape and will bend over backwards to meet any reasonable guest request. Will continue to return to Caswell and use Margaret Rudd as our rental source.

We have been coming here for many years thru Margaret Rudd and are always pleased with the professional and courteous personnel and services provided. Aside from occasional accidental damages from prior families the properties are immaculately maintained. We are keeping everyone in our thoughts and prayers regarding the most recent hurricane event Isaias. The Island and surrounding communities are a beautiful place to see every year and we wish everyone a safe and timely recovery.

You simply cannot go wrong vacationing in Caswell Beach and Pipe Dream is perfect for your large family. It offers spacious and contemporary living areas with tons of seating and dining options. Windows all the way around the main level let the light shine through and provide beautiful views of the beach. The home has a large partially-covered oceanfront deck with furniture and a private covered dune-level gazebo at the end of the private walkway to the beach. The covered street-side porch is a great feature with its views of the Oak Island lighthouse and the sound.
Ground Level: The fully climate-controlled ground level features two large bedrooms, a full bathroom, a large rec room with sitting area, ping pong table and fuss-ball table, and a fully-equipped laundry room with washer and dryer. An enclosed one-car garage is also found on this level.
Main Level: The main living area is located on this level and has a spacious open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining area, breakfast room, living room and additional sitting area. The fully-renovated primary bedroom has a luxurious new en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom and second bath have also been recently renovated.
