Right out of the parking lot and right of the light. Continue thru the next two lights. All the way down to the third light at Middleton. Turn left at Middleton and at the stop sign make a right and numbers will ascend to 3901 West Beach. House is on the left.

This is the second time we have rented this house and will probably rent again. We enjoyed cooking as a group and enjoying the view on the porch. And of course hanging out on the beach. The staff at Margaret Rudd is always friendly and helpful. Check in and out was simple. Can't wait until our next trip.

Reviewed on 2020-06-07 byThis house was absolutely disgusting. To start off we get to the house and was told “two mattresses were soiled so they should be delivered today”. Red flag right away. We walk in and the smell is like something I have never smelt before. The fridge was disgusting. The house clearly was not cleaned because there was hair in the sink, toilet and tub. Come to find out the “soiled mattresses” were bed bugs as we found one in the tub. Also, no where in the description of this house does it tell you that the washer and dryer are OUTSIDE and so rusted that I would NEVER put my clothes in them. We called Rudd right away and was put in a new house which saved our vacation.

Nice rental if you're expecting only the beach-house basics. No major issues. House has a nice view of the ocean and is very close to the water. Also short drive to the sound ("the Point"), which we find much more entertaining than the actual beach. I do wish they'd replace the dishwasher.
