Turn right out of the parking lot. Take the slight right at the E Oak Island Drive stoplight. Proceed to the next stop light at SE 58th Street and turn left. Follow SE 58th Street as it hangs right and turns into E Beach Drive. The numbers will descend down to 109. The property will be on the right.

We also greatly appreciate Margaret Rudd for their help when we left behind somethings in a drawer. They were very kind and mailed to us. We appreciate the concern and attention! The home had been completely updated since the photos that we saw, and it was just lovely... bright and great light inside. The view from the deck is amazing. MRA and the owner are very responsive, and the check-in process is seamless. Would totally stay here again.

My wife and 2 dogs stayed at Paws on the Beach in Mid November 2019. Very nice house with a wonderful view. Our pets really did enjoy looking over the balcony upstairs down at us sitting in the living room. On our last day before leaving my wife took a fall { no problem of the home} and broke her leg and and hip. After the ambulance came and got her to the hospital I called Margaret Rudd and informed them of the situation and that I could hopefully stay another few days. They were so kind and worked with us, as my wife was having to have a complete hip replacement. I was having to run back in forth to the house and the hospital to take care of the pets until I could arrange for help to get them back home. The whole time I was a little nervous about the home and if it had been rented out. Margaret Rudd and the homeowners never asked for rent money as they must have known how busy and stressed out we were. When things settled down I went down to the Margaret Rudd office and paid them for the extra few days I had to stay in the home and we eventually made it home. Sort of put this behind us and we enjoyed the holidays.A few days ago I received a letter in the mail from Margaret Rudd and in it was a check for the extra days I had to stay in the home !!! It stated that the homeowners authorized the refund for the extended stay days !!! WOW ,,,,,what kindness. It does give us hope in our fellow man when the homeowners did something like this. I do not know who you are and there was no reason to do the refund except that "y'all must be really fine people" With that being said , I HIGHLY recommend Paws on the Beach and the wonderful homeowners.We have been renting through Margaret Rudd for over 30 years and they are the Best.Thank you to all and God Bless,Dan and Sandra English
