Make a right out of parking lot. Bear to the right of the light. Continue on Oak Island Dr. Next light ( Se 58th St) make a left. The Oceanwalk Condo's will be on the right. Turn right into the parking lot and proceed to the 1300 building. Units are numbered.

A few minor issues here keeps it from getting 5 stars: 1-the couch is damaged and not comfortable to sit on. 2-The condo description on this site says there is room for 3 cars, but there were only 2 designated parking spaces. We had to use visitor parking (which wasn’t always available) for one of our vehicles. 3- when we got there, the floor hadn’t been cleaned. It was not just covered in sand, it was actually dirty and the kitchen floor had sticky spots from a spill. They did come to clean it again on Sunday. Overall, this was a very good experience and we would stay here again.

You will immediately feel relaxed and ready to enjoy your vacation as soon as you walk into this airy and bright 1300 plus sq ft condo with breathtaking ocean views! The living area features both a large window and deck view of the ocean, so even when you come inside from the beach, you will still have that - I am on vacation at the beach feeling! You will find the covered deck is the perfect place to start your day with your first cup of coffee, as well as end the day with a glass of wine or other drink of choice as you sit back and unwind with beautiful views of the sun setting and the relaxing sound of waves.
The bedrooms can sleep a total of 7 guests. There are three bedrooms which include a primary with queen bed and en suite bath, a second bedroom with a king sized bed that also has a deck access and view of the ocean, and a third with a queen sized and twin bed. The second and third bedrooms share a large adjoining full bathroom. Each bedroom has its own HD smart TV and plenty of drawer and closet space. Linen service is included so you will arrive with clean sheets on freshly made beds, and a set of towels and washcloths for each guest. In addition to the two full baths off the bedrooms, there is a half bath conveniently located off the hallway.
The living area is light filled and decorated tastefully with a fun and casual coastal vibe that includes a sofa, loveseat and chairs that can seat 7 to 8 comfortably. The living area includes a mounted 55 inch TV, dining table which seats four and three bar stools at the kitchen counter. You will find the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator with in door ice and water dispenser, glass top stove, dishwasher and microwave. There are two blenders for making smoothies and fun drinks, a toaster, regular coffee maker and electric hot water kettle for tea. You will find ample dishware, flatware and glassware, as well as baking and cookware. A washer and dryer combo is conveniently located off the hallway.
When you are ready to go to the beach, you will find it is a convenient 5 minute walk! If you prefer the pool, Ocean Walk features a large pool on the premises with lounge chairs and restroom facilities for guest use. Other amenities include a convenient covered space for parking underneath the condo, an elevator for the building, a specified area for grilling, picnic tables and outside showers.
You will find a variety of board games for family night if you want to stay in for the evening. There are restaurants and ice cream shops within walking distance or a very short drive. If you enjoy golfing, the Oak Island Golf Club is a five-minute drive. And if you want to venture a little farther, South Port is only a 15 minute drive and offers even more dining and shopping attractions to complete your vacation experience.

Ocean Walk, unit 1306- Oak Island NC was fantastic. Clean, well appointed, lovely furnishings; 1 block to beach with spectacular water view from terrace. Pool, BBQ, full kitchen with all equipment and walking distance to shopping, food and ice cream/candy. Something for everyone and we will be back.
