Margaret Rudd provided excellent communication, with helpful text messages throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the neatly packaged towels for the week, adding a thoughtful touch to our experience.While linens were provided for the beds, we did have to make them ourselves, but it wasn’t a big issue. We’re already looking forward to returning.Despite a bit of rainy weather, our kids had a blast with the board games provided.Overall, a wonderful time spent with family. Many blessings and highly recommended!

Ideally situated across from the Oak Island Golf Club and near the historic Oak Island Lighthouse, Oak Island Beach Villa 0910 promises a pristine environment and convenient access to numerous activities, restaurants and shops along the island making it an ideal destination for your stay.
The Oak Island Beach Villas is an oceanfront condominium complex located on historic Caswell Beach, offering eleven oceanfront buildings and five buildings with an ocean view. Two and three-bedroom, individually decorated units are available to accommodate the size of your family. The community offers many amenities such as a centrally located pool right in front of the 600 building, walkways down to the beach throughout the community, outside showers at each building, ample parking, a recreation area, and designated grilling areas. For the golf lover, Oak Island Beach Villas are located just across the road from the Oak Island Golf Course and Country Club.
**Please note that the Oak Island Beach Villas is a non-smoking, non-vaping condominium community. Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted on any of the common grounds, inside individual units, or on private exterior balcony areas. In addition, the community does NOT allow golf cart, boat, water motor craft, trailer or RV parking. Violations will be towed at guest's expense. Please call our office to confirm if a particular parking situation is allowed prior to your arrival.**

We had a wonderful weekend at this beach house and will definitely stay here again! The location is fantastic with easy access to the beach, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like the Wi-Fi info and tips on the fridge. The multiple TVs were a bonus for our group. Overall, everything was great, and we can’t wait to return!
