The community offers many amenities such as a centrally located pool right in front of the 600 building, walkways down to the beach throughout the community, outside showers at each building, ample parking, a recreation area and designated grilling areas. I was very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of furniture, cushions, and walls. Although the view of the ocean is lovely from the balcony, which had nice polyresin seating, I had to cover interior upholstery before I felt comfortable to sit down. There are nice pans in the kitchen, but the refrigerator needs an update!
