The Oak Island Beach Villas is an oceanfront condominium complex located along historic Caswell Beach that offers eleven oceanfront buildings as well as five buildings with an ocean view. Two- and three-bedroom, individually decorated units are available to accommodate the size of your family. The community boasts many amenities such as a centrally located pool in front of the 600-building, walkways to the beach through the community, outside showers at each building, ample parking, a recreation area, and designated grilling areas. For the golf lovers in your family, the Villas are conveniently located just across the street from the Oak Island Golf Course and Country Club.

Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted on any of the common grounds, inside individual units or on private exterior balcony areas. In addition, the community does NOT allow golf cart, boat, water motor craft, trailer or RV parking. Violations will be towed at guest expense. Clean, nice kitchen, updates, nice master mattress. Floors were clean but so noisy - would take some major work to fix. Good location. Would use again!
