We initially had an issue with no internet or cable, but a technician arrived quickly and fixed that. Otherwise, the issues were minor (several light bulbs in need of replacing - entry hall, kitchen over sink, and under microwave); one more concerning over time (loose outlet in alcove outside master bedroom), and one annoying (TV remotes did not work, not to mention the living room TV is very small; we realize this is really an issue for the owner to deal with). Had we been staying longer, we would have asked for these items to be fixed, but it wasn't a big deal for our too-short stay. We will likely be back as Oak Island is lovely and, a huge plus for us, not commercialized.

The Oak Island Beach Villas is an oceanfront condominium complex located along historic Caswell Beach that offers eleven oceanfront buildings as well as five buildings with an ocean view. Two- and three-bedroom, individually decorated units are available to accommodate the size of your family. The community boasts many amenities such as a centrally located pool in front of the 600-building, walkways to the beach through the community, outside showers at each building, ample parking, a recreation area, and designated grilling areas. For the golf lovers in your family, the Villas are conveniently located just across the street from the Oak Island Golf Course and Country Club.
**Please note that the Oak Island Beach Villas is a non-smoking, non-vaping condominium community. Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted on any of the common grounds, inside individual units or on private exterior balcony areas. In addition, the community does NOT allow golf cart, boat, water motor craft, trailer or RV parking. Violations will be towed at guest expense. Please call our office to confirm if a particular parking situation is allowed prior to your arrival.**

Amazing location! Awesome beach access! If you want a great oceanfront stay without the crowd, this is the place for you. The unit could use a few kitchen items, but all in all was amazing!
