The furnishings are in great shape and well kept. The only possible detraction is that the washer/dryer unit is not a true "stackable" combo, so the way they are installed makes use a of the washing machine a little difficult. But that's the only thing I could find issue with. We'll be back next year.

Bright, coastal decor and a warm, inviting atmosphere await guests of this continuously updated 2nd level condominium along the family-friendly, peaceful shores of Caswell Beach. For 2024, updates include new luxury hybrid mattresses in both bedrooms, new carpeting throughout, and new dining room furniture, The washer/dryer arrangement incorporates a full-size washer and dryer. There is a new 50-inch Smart TV in the living room and a 43-inch Smart TV in the guest room. Both TVs receive a wide range of stations, as well as Disney+, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video (you will not need your own subscription!). There is easy access to the oceanfront balcony where counter-height furniture provides the perfect setting for an afternoon appointment with a good book, the gentle ocean breeze and gorgeous ocean views!
Additionally, guests will find a well-stocked kitchen for all their cooking needs. Also, there is a ground-level storage unit that has 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas and beach toys for your use, and where you can easily store your beach, bicycles and fishing gear. For guest safety, a combination grab bar/notions shelf may be found in both bath enclosures with a grab bar located just outside each enclosure. The Oak Island Beach Villas is an oceanfront condominium complex located along historic Caswell Beach that offers eleven oceanfront buildings as well as five buildings with an ocean view. Two- and three-bedroom, individually decorated units are available to accommodate the size of your family. The community boasts many amenities such as a centrally located pool in front of the 600-building, walkways to the beach through the community, outside showers at each building, ample parking, a recreation area, and designated grilling areas. For the golf lovers in your family, the Villas are conveniently located just across the street from the Oak Island Golf Course and Country Club.
**Please note that the Oak Island Beach Villas is a non-smoking, non-vaping condominium community. Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted on any of the common grounds, inside individual units or on private exterior balcony areas. In addition, the community does NOT allow golf cart, boat, water motor craft, trailer or RV parking. Violations will be towed at guest expense. Very nice condo. Looks and feels like a newly built home. Love the view! Very well maintained and stocked with everything you could want or need. Helpful tips are posted throughout to help keep the owners home beautiful for years to come. Great idea. Looking forward to our next visit.
