We absolutely loved the Moxie! We will definitely rent it again.

"Moxie" is a charming oceanfront cottage with a wraparound deck that leads to an extended beach side sitting area with a relaxing porch swing for ocean viewing. A wonderful place to sit, watch the tides roll in, wild dolphins swim by, morning sunrises, stunning sunsets and much more. Inside you will find cozy knotty pine walls combined with modern amenities. The open well lit kitchen, breakfast bar, central dining table, and large sectional couch really makes vacationing easy at Moxie. Whether you are settling in with the family for meals, game nights, or snuggling up for a movie there is plenty of space both inside and out.
All rooms are located on the main level where you will find the open kitchen, dining and living area. The master bedroom, with private bath, provides a picturesque view of the ocean. The center bedrooms offers two regular twin beds as well as another twin pull out. The street side room features a queen bed. You will also find the main bath and laundry closet on this level.

We have loved the Moxie since the first time we stayed there. I think we're going on at least 7 or 8 years now. It's adorably rustic and full of character. The back porch is the place to be rain or shine. There's the opportunity any time of the day to sit in either the sun or the shade, and the swing is just the best. We always find some little new witty addition, whether it be on the wall or on the shelves. The telescope built in on the back porch is added entertainment. And you can't beat the little coffee/wine center. We pray each year we can come back and make more memories at the Moxie!
