Cottage was cozy but not small, beds were comfy, kitchen was newly remodeled and very well stocked. The location is perfect, close to shopping and grocery stores, and splash park. Of course, the best part of our week was sitting on the deck listening to the waves crashing while enjoying our sunrise coffee and sunset cocktails! Such a wonderful experience, we have already booked for 2022.Thank you to Margaret Rudd and Associates for simplifying our vacation planning. The staff was very helpful and courteous. They sent clear email updates throughout and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Highly recommend your group to anyone planning a trip to OKI.

We stayed at the Lucia R. Marino cottage before the renovation, and it was a treat to stay there again. The property has been updated with love and an eye to comfort. Everything was clean and worked well, and the location is so convenient to everything. Our favorite part was sitting on the front porch and watching the ocean and the sky. Thanks for a great vacation - we’ll be back!
