Some mornings we opted to relax with scones on the front porch while other mornings we enjoyed preparing a feast in the fully stocked kitchen.At a moments notice, we could grab flip flops and a towel to run through the sanddunes down to the ocean shore where infinite adventures awaited. We searched for crabs, built sand sculptures, took much needed naps, and I finally finished my book! In the distance, we spotted neighbors fishing, kayaking, and boogie boarding.On other days, for an entirely different flavor, we hiked and biked through the salt marsh trails. We didn’t get far since I couldn’t resist taking photos of the magnificent wildlife.My husband had planned on going golfing, but since our schedule was “go with the flow”, it didn’t make the cut.Above all, be sure to enjoy a glass of wine on the front porch as the sun sets, and then wander to the shore for the most spectacular star gazing ever.Our vacation filled our hearts and recharged our batteries. Perfect Family Vacation

It was so close to the beach which was very convenient. The bunk room was as a big hit with the kids. We also loved sitting on the screened in porch in the morning while we drank our coffee and listened to the ocean. It was clean and the management team was very communicative and easy to book with.

The house is charming with a great patio to sit , relax and listen to the ocean waves! There is a spacious dining and living area. The outdoor shower was a great feature to wash the sand off after a fun day at the beach! I love that it was only a block away from the beach access and a short drive to Southport! Definitely recommend and will be staying here again!
