The house is very nice, location is great, beach access across the street, nice beach views from the porch and upper deck. Without hesitation, I would recommend this house to anyone looking for an Oak Island rental.

This charming second row four-bedroom beach cottage located on the islands west end is ready to be a part of your family's vacation memories. Coppa Cabana has completed recent renovations (March 2024) to include new quartz countertops and all new appliances in the kitchen plus new flooring on the 1st level - (*updated photos coming soon!). This family-friendly property features a second sitting area in the upper level loft area that has a game table and futon - perfect for the kids. The sun deck/balcony has fantastic views of the ocean and you'll likely catch site of dolphin surfacing. There is also a relaxing, covered rocking chair porch on the main level. The main living area is located on the middle level and includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry closet with washer/dryer, full bathroom and one bedroom. There are three bedrooms on the upper level including the master suite in addition to the a full bathroom and loft area. For 2023, the owners have provided 3 brand new queen mattresses. For guest convenience, the home also offers an enclosed exterior lift upon request. A new roof has also been added to the home.
