The only things needing improvement is the WiFI was spotty at times and the carpet needs to be replaced esp in the living area. there were really bad stains, looked someone dripped something starting at the door and ending about where the carpet stopped in the kitchen area.

Nice home with lovely ocean views! Front porch rockers need to be addressed. 2 were so rickety we couldn't use; the other 2 leaned so back like you were in a dentist chair (very odd). Thankfully there were several plastic chairs we could use to enjoy the ocean views. Margaret Rudd is A+! Cleaning staff is taking extra precautions during COVID-19 pandemic; although we removed the comforters and pillows and brought our own from home. M.R. staff quickly addressed all our concerns: replaced several mattress covers upon arrival, repaired oven door handle; repaired 2 broken electric stove eyes; resolved internet issues; cleaned and repaired all carport light fixtures; and provided additional drinking glasses since there were only 7 upon arrival. Always a pleasure to rent a Margaret Rudd property! Thank you!
