Turn right out of Rudd's front office parking lot and turn right at the stoplight onto E Oak Island Drive. Continue for approximately 2.5 miles where you will make a left onto SE 40th Street. Take SE 40th Street all the way past E Pelican Drive and E Dolphin Drive where you will then make a left onto E Beach Drive. Once on E Beach, the house will be found on your right, on the oceanfront.

We are return visitors to this house, as it is a great fit for our family and we love the proximity to the beach. House is very comfortable and the well stocked kitchen met all our needs. Lots of great fireworks during the week of the 4th!

The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils as well as pantry items. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and sitting under the awning on the porch that provided shade. We would definitely stay at this home again!!

The toaster does need to be replaced as it didn’t work and a plunger would also be something I’d keep in the house as well, other than that it had everything we needed. House decor was lovely and fun! There were only a couple of downsides: mattress in master was so uncomfortable. The queen bed in the upstairs bedroom literally shook. My daughter was so confused by this. We think maybe the HVAC unit was causing it?? Otherwise, the house fit our needs for a fun-filled family vacation at the beach. I would recommend this house and wound stay here again.

Breaking Waves was our third rental with Margaret Rudd and it was our absolute favorite. It had everything we needed for our beach vacation and for our dog too!
