Follow E Oak Island Drive for approximately 5 miles before turning left at the stoplight onto S Middleton Avenue. Follow S Middleton to the oceanfront and make a left onto E Beach Drive. The property will be on the left.

Spacious and very well maintained with a beautiful view of the ocean from both decks. Easy access to beach across the street; pool and hot tub. Also has an elevator which makes it very handicap accessible if necessary. This location is close distance to several restaurants, Publix and/or Food Lion. The management is wonderful and very responsive to our needs for assistance. 5 stars to Bootsey’s Fantastic Voyage I and will definitely be returning for another vacation!

The location to the beach is outstanding, literally right across the street. The beautiful views from both desks as well as the wonderful ocean breeze was fantastic!! The home itself is very clean and is beautifully appointed with a lovely and spacious living area and 5 beautiful and spacious bedrooms. We will definitely be back.

It had an open floor design that was great for congregating but also had good-sized bedrooms. The two-story decks had a great ocean view, and the owner's suite on the second floor was so nice: even the shower had an ocean view! There was a saltwater pool in the back that allowed everyone to enjoy the outdoors even after they were finished on the beach. The backyard also had an area for outdoor play, and we were able to set up cornhole and badminton games. The internet service was also good for those of us with children who game. This rental was extra clean with every possible need anticipated by the owner.

It made transporting luggage and other items a breeze, ensuring that our stay got off to a smooth start (It was also perfect for members of our group who had difficulty with stairs). Additionally, the swimming pool is a true gem, providing the perfect place to cool off on hot days and a relaxing spot to soak in the sunshine. While not important to me but worth noting was the Wi-Fi which was important to my son. He was able to download and play games online.An added bonus that sets this second-row beach house apart is its views of the ocean. The third-floor deck offers great ocean views that made enjoying a morning cup of coffee and evenings chats among friends even more enjoyable while gazing out at the ocean and hearing the crash of the waves.Lastly, the convenience store located right behind the beach house is a fantastic perk that provides easy access to essentials and snacks without having to venture far from the property.Overall, this beach house is an absolute gem and is sure to provide a memorable and comfortable stay. Its location, amenities, and views make it the perfect choice for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation.

Best place at beach we have ever stayed. The location was easy access, the decor was tasteful, very comfortable, the rooms were spotless and the bedding was sealed. Loved the access to washer and dryer and they had smart tv in each room. The Pac-Man machine was so fun. You are literally steps from the ocean and there are great shops and good discount souvenir shops where you can bring home taffy to people watching your pets or picking up mail. I LOVE LOVE the elevator and the heated pool was the perfect way to end the day. We were so busy we didn’t have time to enjoy hot tub or corn hole or fire pit…next time. I also liked that there was an Urgent Care and small hospital nearby (just in case). We will be back!!!
