This was our first year renting from Margaret Rudd & Associates and we will definitely be renting from them again in the future. The house was so clean, a nice layout and very convenient to beach access which was nice for bathroom breaks from the beach with a child. The beds and furniture were comfortable and rocking chairs on the deck were nice to sit and drink coffee in the morning. The outside shower was nice as well. It had hot and cold water to rinse off with after spending the day at the beach. We would definitely rent this house again.
