Apogee is a lovely 5-bedroom, 2nd row beach rental in the West Beach area of Oak Island with easy beach access just across the street. It is comfortable and well maintained - with brand new stainless appliances including a GE stove with convection and air fryer, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, and furniture for a perfect getaway for a memorable family vacation. The ocean-side porch and balcony have beautiful ocean views and will be a favorite spot among everyone.
Ground Level: The ground level has ample under-house parking available with an exterior stairwell to the main floor in both the front and rear of the home. There is also an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower located on this level.
Main Level: The main level opens into an open-concept living area that includes the living room, dining area and a fully-stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen) and one bathroom on this level. Across the front of the house is a covered porch with ocean views across the street. There is also a covered porch across the back of the home providing plenty of space for outdoor relaxing.
Upper Level: Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms (Queen and Queen Sleeper Sofa, Queen, and Twins) and 1 bathroom. This space is great for giving the kids their own area to relax and play indoors. There is an upper balcony off the loft area and a full deck across the back of the home with 2 outdoor loungers.
