Comfort awaits with an updated living area, all new flooring, new furniture, a well-stocked kitchen and a fresh coat of paint. Spend a few hours with the kids at the pool or down on the easily accessible beach before spending a relaxing time in the primary bathroom Jacuzzi tub.

Located along the Oak Island Golf Course, the Caswell Dunes condominiums offer golf and ocean view three-bedroom, two-bath units. Each is individually decorated and well-equipped to make your vacation easy and comfortable. The community offers plenty of scenic walkways for a convenient stroll down to the beach or through the Arboretum, as well as to two community swimming pools. Parking is plentiful with a parking and pool pass system in place. Ample ground level space for grilling exists as well.

Overall

46 Foxfire was a beautiful, spacious condo with a spectacular view. Quick and easy access to an uncrowded beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for our stay. The showers/ water pressure alone are a reason to come back. My husband worked a few hours a day in the Carolina room, giving him a private “office” space with an unparalleled view. We’ve been coming down to OKI for many years and always stayed at the Oak Island Beach Villas (also very nice) but this condo will be our new destination! Margaret Rudd continues to be a pleasure to work with for any questions and a friendly voice. BOOK 46 FOXFIRE you won’t be disappointed.

We have been coming to Oak Island / Caswell Beach for 9 years. We have stayed in multiple rentals. This unit by far is our favorite! The view is beautiful! The condo is updated and comfortable! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need. The location to the pool and beach is perfect! We can’t wait to return!

Overall

You couldn't get a better location on Oak Island! The view you have on the balcony is stunning. The updates made to the furnishes are wonderful. Kitchen is incredibly well equipped. Many times with rentals you just get a few cheap pots and pans, but this kitchen is well-equipped for a foodie! Would LOVE to stay here again!

Overall

Each fall we enjoy this condo. Its comfortable, well supplied, gorgeous view, and enjoy all the eating places (dining room, sun porch or outside). Some minor replacements will be needed in the next year or two.

Our favorite rental on Caswell and Oak Island. Extraordinary views, good access to beach and quiet neighborhood. All the amenities you need included PLUS Ray (Owner) called to welcome us and thank us - never had an owner call during my stay in any other rental in my 40+ years of vacationing here. Thank you Ray and Melinda!
