Located along the Oak Island Golf Course, the Caswell Dunes properties offer golf and ocean-view units. Each is individually decorated and well-equipped to make your vacation easy and comfortable. The community offers plenty of scenic walkways for a convenient stroll down to the beach or through the Arboretum, as well as to two community swimming pools. Parking is plentiful with a parking and pool pass system in place.

We had a great vacation. Loved the easy access to the beak just a minute walk away. The unit was well kept and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely week. Weather was awesome, enjoyed the ocean, the pools, bike riding. We will do it again and stay here again. The property is extra clean, well furnished and very beautiful. I especially enjoy coffee in the morning on the balcony, watching the ocean. So peaceful.

We stayed at the same property as last year. Clean and well decorated. No issues. Can’t wait to go back to Oak Island/Caswell Beach!

This was a very nice and clean condo. Beautiful views of the ocean from the back deck. We also seen a momma and baby deer while sitting on the porch. The pools were a plus! We would not hesitate to come back to this vacation home.
