Tucked away in Caswell Beach, Caswell Dunes is a hidden gem of a neighborhood on the eastern side of Oak Island near the Oak Island Lighthouse and boasting several miles of pristine shoreline. During your stay, enjoy 1 of 2 seasonal community swimming pools, spend time at the beach, play a round of golf at the Oak Island Golf Club, or explore the walkable historic neighborhood. In addition to the Oak Island Pier, restaurants and coffee shops like KoKo Cabana, Ruby's Coffeehouse, or the Lazy Turtle are only a short walk down the beach.

Spacious enough for your small group or family, 19 Pinehurst accommodates up to 6 people and provides a king, a queen, and 2 twin beds. Notable amenities include WIFI, cable, TVs in both the living area and primary bedroom, dining table seating for 6, central heat and air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Keurig, outdoor shower, and an outdoor covered porch with seating area. The owner also provides a beach wagon with chairs, a canopy and boogie boards to make accessing the beach even easier.

Located along the Oak Island Golf Course, the Caswell Dunes condominiums offer golf and ocean view three-bedroom, two-bath units. The community offers plenty of scenic walkways for a convenient stroll down to the beach or through the Arboretum, as well as two community swimming pools. Parking is plentiful with a parking and pool pass system in place. Ample ground level space for grilling exists as well.
