We have been coming to OKI /Caswell Beach for over 20 years. This was our first time at Sea Spree. It had a lot of great amenities…. beautiful kitchen that was well equipped and a great big table for all 10 of our family to play games and eat our meals. There are a couple things I’m really hoping the owners will address. The downstairs has three bedrooms and a bath. It is so musty some of our family were having a lot of problems breathing. Luckily Rudd was so accommodating and brought out a dehumidifier immediately. That was a huge help! But the owners really need to invest in a couple to have downstairs, we were emptying it three times a day!Also there are no closets downstairs to hang your clothes and only two of the bedrooms downstairs had dressers and the other one had nowhere at all to put your clothes! We went out and bought hangars and over the door hangers to address this, but these are two things that really need remedied. Thanks to Rudd for all their help and coming the next day to fix a water leak in the bathroom!It was a very pretty house and the location was great, if these two issues would be addressed it would be perfect!!

We certainly appreciate the feedback you offered about the dehumidifiers and the need for closet space. After passing along that input to the homeowners, they are installing a full house dehumidifier and adding closet/hanging space and drawers to the downstairs bedrooms. We hope to welcome you back to Oak Island soon, and ask that you let us know if there is anything we can do to help in planning that stay.
