Mimi's Place is a true island get-away located in West Beach. The beautiful 4-bedroom 2nd row home has been recently renovated and has a tasteful tropical decor and beautiful hardwood floors. The ocean view front deck (and rear deck) are also spacious and include plenty of seating and a picnic table. Just across the street is easy beach access for your days splashing in the waves.

Overall

This house is absolutely gorgeous! A perfect combination of modern and updated with comfortable and homey. We had a total of 7 people with us including two kids under two and the closeness to the beach access was perfect for us! Why pay beachfront prices when you have the option to stay at mimis place and have a PERFECT view of the ocean. HIGHLY recommend!! This was our first time in OKI and we are excited to make this a yearly tradition with mimis place!

Overall

This home is perfect for a beach get away with the family! We were fortunate enough to get some time away for 8 in this roomy beach house for a week. It was everything we needed: spacious, large beds and unbelievably close to the water. This will definitely be our go to spot for future family gatherings! Love MiMi’s Place!

Overall

If you want relaxation and a great time with the family check this place out. Right by the beach, wonderful sitting area, deck with a great sight of the sunrise. The rooms are very comfy and plenty of room for the family. We stayed for a few days a did not want to return home. The place was very clean and you can tell that they keep it maintained well. The kids loved it and had a great time, especially with the pier not too far away. Big kitchen with everything you could possibly need to cook for the family.If you enjoy searching for seashells or shark teeth, you will not be disappointed. Love this place and will most definitely be back. Thanks for the great memories.

Overall

Mimi's is a beautiful beach house. It is clean, decorated nicely, the best location with ocean views and easy access to beach. Highly recommend. We enjoyed our stay very much.
