Breaking Waves was our third rental with Margaret Rudd and it was our absolute favorite. It had everything we needed for our beach vacation and for our dog too! Exceptional customer service from Margaret Rudd as well. Thank you Oak Island locals for welcoming us to your beautiful town. We will be back.

Our family and dog had a great stay at Breaking Waves. We are return visitors to this house, as it is a great fit for our family and we love the proximity to the beach. House is very comfortable and the well stocked kitchen met all our needs. Lots of great fireworks during the week of the 4th!

We had an amazing stay at Breaking Waves. It had all the essential items we needed including dog bowls. The house was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils as well as pantry items. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and sitting under the awning on the porch that provided shade. We would definitely stay at this home again!!

Great home, awesome location. We had such a nice time and I would definitely stay again! The toaster does need to be replaced as it didn’t work and a plunger would also be something I’d keep in the house as well, other than that it had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back, thank you for sharing your home!

Everything was great about the house. Check in and check out was so easy with the keyless pad. I will use Margaret Rudd for my next vacation!

House was the perfect location. Walk out the back door and you are right on the beach! Kitchen was well-stocked. The house was clean. House decor was lovely and fun! There were only a couple of downsides: mattress in master was so uncomfortable. The queen bed in the upstairs bedroom literally shook. My daughter was so confused by this. We think maybe the HVAC unit was causing it?? Otherwise, the house fit our needs for a fun-filled family vacation at the beach. I would recommend this house and wound stay here again.

Breaking Waves is in a great location- we barely got back in our cars all week long which was perfect over July 4th week. The house had everything we could ask for!
