Get Creative this Fall

Join the Town of Oak island Recreation Department for its Parking Lot Picasso event. Particiipants will be given a space on the sidewalk going around the recreation center to be creative with chalk. The theme will be Halloween and/or Fall.

Designs will be juddged and winners will receive a ribbon. Participants will have an hour-and-a-half. The event is free to attend with pre-registration.
