Maintenance Coordinator

A well-qualified and experienced candidate is needed to coordinate maintenance in the overall operation of the maintenance department. Qualified candidates should possess some maintenance experience and should have experience working in an administrative/office setting. The coordinator will work with the supervisor(s) to manage the daily activities of the maintenance department to include running daily, weekly and monthly reports to assure property readiness. The coordinator will perform various office responsibilities like scheduling work and repairs, billing, and informing staff of property status. The coordinator will also help enter tasks, filter owner and guest phone calls, and place follow up calls when repairs are complete. The maintenance coordinator will work with the maintenance department and vendors to assure owner and guest satisfaction, and to provide superior service at all times. 

COMPETITIVE CANDIDATES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS

  • Reliable, hardworking, honest, punctual, clean and well-spoken with strong attention to detail
  • Strong sense of responsibility and urgency to accomplish and follow up on tasks
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new computer systems
  • Ability and comfortability using company vehicles, hand tools, cleaning products and equipment
  • Exceptional communication skills with proven experience in effective interaction with all levels of management, guests, associates, owners and vendors
  • Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and holidays

POSITION DETAILS

  • Full-time, in-office position
  • Comprehensive benefits plan
  • Primarily in-office position with some out-of-office responsibilities possible
  • Some weekend shifts required based on schedule

  • Reliable transportation with up-to-date auto insurance
  • Valid driver's license and Social Security Number
